Lucy Maddison

Lucy Maddison has extensive experience in environmental consultancy, currently serving as Regional Manager at Adler & Allan since March 2020, after holding the position of Principal Environmental Consultant. Prior to this, Lucy worked as Environment Manager at Compass Environmental Consultancy Ltd from March 2018 to March 2020. Lucy's career in environmental consultancy began at OHES Environmental Consultancy, where Lucy held several roles from July 2012 to March 2018, including Senior Environmental Consultant, Environmental Consultant, and Environmental Technician. Lucy also gained experience as a Project Support Officer at the UK Ministry of Defence for a brief period in 2008-2009. Lucy Maddison holds a degree in Geography with Environmental Studies from Solent University, completed in 2012.
