Daniel Surmacz

Daniel Surmacz has a diverse work experience, holding various roles in different companies. Daniel started their career as a Co-founder of Coaching Polska in 2008 and worked there until 2010. In 2011, they founded Feeldate and remained in this role until 2013. In 2012, they joined RTB House as the Chief Operating Officer. Daniel then became a Supervisory Board Member at Netguru in 2019. In 2021, they co-founded Supercharge Capital and in 2022, they co-founded Adlook. Additionally, they serve as a Board Member at Endeavor Poland since 2022.

Daniel Surmacz has received education and certifications in the field of coaching. Daniel holds a certification as an International Certified Coach (ICC) and has completed training in Extended Disc.
