Paul Hetman

Paul Hetman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Paul worked at ADM Investor Services from 2016 to present, starting as a Compliance Analyst before being promoted to Senior Compliance Analyst. In these roles, they managed regulatory inquiries, audits, and reviews, maintained corporate documentation, negotiated and adhered to ISDA contracts, and monitored and enforced position limits. Prior to that, they worked as a Field Technician at ERM: Environmental Resources Management from 2013 to 2016. Paul also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at DePaul University from 2013 to 2015 and as an ALT (Assistant Language Teacher) in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they worked as a French Tutor at Marquette University from 2007 to 2010 and gained internship experience at various organizations, including The Field Museum, Loyola University Health System, and Calyon Financial (now Newedge Group).

Paul Hetman earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Anthropology from Marquette University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010. From 2002 to 2006, they obtained their High School Diploma from St. Ignatius College Prep. Later, Paul pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Sustainable Management at the DePaul Driehaus College of Business, which they completed between 2013 and 2015.
