William Francy began their career in 2006 as a Business Intern at AdMed, Inc. In 2007, they were promoted to Associate Project Manager at the same company. In 2008, they moved to Discovery Communications as a Sales Planner and Sales Assistant. In 2012, they returned to AdMed, Inc. and held the roles of President Client Services, Vice President of Client Services, Director of Account Management, Account Management Supervisor, and Account Manager.
William Francy attended Susquehanna University from 2003 to 2007 and earned a Bachelors of Science with a Business Emphasis in Marketing.
