Allie Oetoyo

Allie Oetoyo is an experienced program analyst currently employed at the Administration for Community Living since June 2022. Prior to this role, Oetoyo served as a project manager at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from August 2021 to June 2022. Oetoyo’s extensive background at the Health Resources and Services Administration includes managing the performance reporting information system for the Maternal Infant Early Childhood Home Visiting program and establishing IT project management standards. Early career experience includes positions at The Bozzuto Group as a sales and service associate and B.F. Saul Company as a marketing representative. Oetoyo holds a Master’s Degree in IT Systems Engineering from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a BA in Communication from the University of Maryland.
