Laura McDowell

Laura McDowell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and healthcare-related roles. Currently serving as the Lead Business Analyst at the Administration for Community Living since November 2020, Laura previously contributed to Deloitte Consulting as a Team Lead for the Functional Requirements Team on the Interagency Electronic Health Record (iEHR) project for the Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs. Additionally, Laura has worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Serendipity Wellness Studio since March 2018, where a personal connection to caring for others motivated this pursuit. Earlier career positions include serving as a JCIDS Analyst at CTA and as a Government Buyer at SRA International, Inc. Laura holds certifications from The Johns Hopkins University and a Massage Therapy Certificate from the American Massage & Bodywork Institute.
