Christopher Olsen

Christopher Olsen has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Christopher started their career in 2005 as a Claims Specialist at American Modern Insurance Group and worked their way up to become a Claims Manager. During their time at American Modern, Christopher was involved in redesigning the Inside Property Unit and ensuring compliance with company and state regulations. Christopher also supervised external units and motivated claim file management to maintain regulatory standards.

In 2019, Christopher joined Crum & Forster Pet Insurance Group as an AVP Claims. In this role, they conducted thorough reviews of processes, identified areas for improvement, and implemented automated adjudication processes for faster and more accurate claims processing. Christopher also developed compliant and regulatory processes to ensure industry standards were met.

In 2021, Christopher moved to Pets Best Insurance Services, LLC as an AVP Claims Operations. Here, they strengthened the team structure, improved claims handling processes, and oversaw a team of over 180 associates responsible for claims and support functions.

Most recently, Christopher joined Administrative Strategies (AdStrat) in 2023 as the Director of Operations, where they are responsible for overseeing operations within the company.

Christopher Olsen obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Administration from Tiffin University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminal Justice/Marketing Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where they studied from 1996 to 2001.
