Jim Gardner

Jim Gardner, ANFI, is a seasoned professional in the insurance adjusting field with extensive experience spanning over a decade. As the owner of ROWY CO since April 2011, Gardner leads a team of adjusters capable of managing a substantial volume of claims across multiple states, including during catastrophic events. In addition to operating ROWY CO, Gardner has served as a claims adjuster and operations manager at Administrative Strategies since January 2012, with a previous role as Field Claims Director from January 2018 to April 2022. Gardner's educational background includes specialized studies in motorcycle mechanics from the Universal Technical Institute, completing training in Suzuki and Kawasaki motorcycle systems.
