Andrew Rose

Andrew Rose is the current Chief Executive Officer of Compare.com at Admiral Group. Prior to this, they served as President of OnStar Insurance & VP of Insurance Innovation at General Motors from January 2020 to May 2022. Andrew was also the President, Chairman, & CEO of compare.com from January 2012 to December 2019 (formerly Inspop USA and part of Admiral Group). From July 2008 to December 2019, they served as Managing Director - Country Head - US Operations at Admiral Group plc. Prior to that, they were the President, Chairman, & CEO of Elephant Auto Insurance from July 2008 to December 2011. From April 2006 to August 2008, they served as Senior Vice President at Bank of America (Countrywide Insurance Group / Balboa Insurance Group / Bank of America). Andrew has also held positions as a Product Manager at Progressive from January 2003 to April 2006, a Summer Consultant at AT Kearney from June 2002 to August 2002, and a Senior Project Manager at iXL from August 2000 to August 2001.

Andrew Rose has an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Andrew also attended Greenbrier East High School.

Their manager is Milena Mondini de Focatiis, Group CEO. They work with Peter Marissen - Head of International Pricing, Steve Cottrell - Chief Information Security Officer, and Noel Summerfield - Head of Household.
