Matt Wintle

Matt Wintle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, development, and IT management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development UK at Admiral Group Plc since December 2016, Matt has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Head of Learning and Development, Head of Change, and CIO. Matt previously managed a department of approximately 60 staff members as Head of IT Delivery and Programme Director at Admiral from January 2012 to June 2022, as well as in earlier roles such as IT Development Manager and Business Systems Manager at Admiral Group plc. Matt began their career as a Project Manager at Assureweb from 2004 to 2006. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cardiff University and a BA in Literature from the University of the West of England.
