Sue Gilbert

Sue Gilbert is the Head of Group Compliance at Admiral Group. Previously, they served as the Change & Risk Consultant for Admiral Group Plc from July 2014 to January 2017. In this role, Gilbert defined the Target Operating Model for Lloyds Banking Group, Commercial, consistent with the integrated business vision, strategy and medium term plans. Sue also worked with executives to produce the transformational strategy for the SME bank of the future, focusing on transforming existing capabilities, investment and organisational design requirements.

Before joining Admiral Group Plc, Gilbert served as the Head of Strategy Delivery (Commercial) for Lloyds Banking Group from February 2008 to December 2009. In this role, they defined the Target Operating Model for Lloyds Banking Group, Commercial, consistent with the integrated business vision, strategy and medium term plans. Sue also worked with executives to produce the transformational strategy for the SME bank of the future, focusing on transforming existing capabilities, investment and organisational design requirements.

Most recently, Gilbert served as the Head of Information Risk for Admiral Insurance from January 2017 to June 2018.

Sue Gilbert completed a BSc in Financial Services at The University of Manchester.
