Prior to their current role, Joanne worked at Admiral Group Plc and Confused.com in roles focusing on partnerships, innovation, product development, financial services, and online acquisition. With a strong background in digital marketing and analytics, Joanne has also pursued executive education in negotiation dynamics and holds a postgraduate diploma in marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Joanne completed their undergraduate studies at Cardiff University.
