Dr. Hayfa Bu Hazzaa

Dr. Hayfa Bu Hazzaa has extensive experience in data governance, enterprise architecture, and performance engineering, currently serving as a Team Leader at ADNOC Group since October 2015. In this role, Dr. Bu Hazzaa leads the development and implementation of comprehensive Enterprise Data Management and Governance programs, alongside initiatives for Enterprise Architecture. Prior to ADNOC, Dr. Bu Hazzaa co-founded a private venture and conducted feasibility studies and business modeling from July 2007 to August 2014. Earlier career roles at TRANSCO from April 1999 to July 2009 included Senior Power Performance Engineer and Head of SCADA Support Unit, contributing to significant advancements in digital transformation and performance management in the Abu Dhabi utilities sector. Dr. Bu Hazzaa holds a Research Doctorate in Business Administration and Management, an MBA in Global Leadership and Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from prominent institutions in the United Arab Emirates.
