Ann Rich

Ann Rich serves as the Sr Director of Design Platform, Monetization, and GenStudio at Adobe since September 2015, after holding various leadership roles including Director of Design and UX design leader. Rich founded and currently leads Adobe Hive, an innovation practice aimed at enhancing strategic initiatives. Additionally, Rich is a Board Member at The Lab in San Francisco and previously held the position of Head of Design Strategy at propelland. As a co-founder of Kishu, Rich focused on connecting hosts, travelers, and local businesses through curated experiences. Rich has also contributed as an Audi Innovation Research Fellow and held the Marketing Director position at Epic Wines, where a successful marketing strategy was developed. Rich earned an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts and holds a dual degree in Ecology, Biology, and Studio Art from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
