Emma Mourad is an experienced professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Asia at Adobe since March 2018. In this role, Emma leads a team that supports enterprise digital experience customers across the region, focusing on value realization, adoption initiatives, and technical health. Prior to Adobe, Emma held positions such as Managing Director for APAC at Big Data For Humans and SEA Regional Manager for Customer Solutions at LinkedIn, where foundational contributions were made to customer engagement strategies. Emma also has a breadth of experience in recruitment and business development, having worked at Ambition, Experian QAS UK, and as a member of the board at Tanderra Singapore. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Leicester.
