Ping

Ping Ma is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in driving product evolution and enhancing user experiences across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of App Building Engineering at Airtable since September 2022, Ping Ma focuses on improving the app-building process. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Dropbox, where Ping Ma led the Evolutions engineering group, and a series of managerial positions at Dropbox that helped millions of users organize their digital lives. Additional experience includes engineering management at Bloomberg LP, overseeing consumer-facing development teams and growing subscription businesses for government professionals. Ping Ma holds a Master's degree in Telecommunication Networks from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tianjin University.
