Rachana Rele

Rachana Rele is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in shaping user experiences across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as VP of Design for Gen AI and Document Cloud at Adobe, Rachana leads a global design team focused on enhancing document productivity through innovative solutions and AI technologies. Previous roles include Director of User Experience Design at Citrix, where Rachana directed product design and built design teams for Cloud Services. Early career experience at PayPal and Oracle involved leading user experience research and design initiatives. Rachana holds an Executive MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering/Human-Computer Interaction from Clemson University.
