Drew Hayden

Drew Hayden is a Data & Communications Specialist at Paths for Families since January 2020, where improvements in data collection and reporting have been achieved through targeted initiatives focused on equity in client demographic information. Responsibilities include maintaining data standards, collaborating on client data reporting, contributing to an organizational strategic plan, participating in a major rebrand, coordinating grant work for significant funding, and crafting stories for fundraising appeals. Previously, Drew served as a Development Associate, composing grant proposals and managing funder relationships, and as a Development Intern at Turning Points for Children, enhancing awareness through social media and assisting in grant processes. Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and English Language and Literature from Loyola University Maryland.
