Lalit Saingar

Lalit Saingar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and engineering within the power and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Lead Operations at Ador Powertron Limited, Lalit focuses on techno-economic analysis and developing end-to-end solutions for the Green Hydrogen ecosystem. Previous roles include Manager of Operations at AQ Inductive Components India Pvt Ltd, where Lalit implemented manufacturing strategies to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction, and Manager of NPD & QA at Nucon Switchgears Private Limited, overseeing the development of Inverter Duty Transformers. Lalit also led the digitalization of operations at Raychem RPG and contributed to project management at Al Ahleia Switchgear. Early career experience at Marsons Electrical Industries and Asian Colour Coated Ispat Limited involved sales, production, and commissioning of electrical projects. Lalit holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hindustan College of Science and Technology.
