Kartik Parija has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. In 1995, they began their career as a Member Technical Staff in the Sciences Division of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Two years later, they founded Exel Internet. In 2000, they became an Associate at Toucan Capital and four years later, they were an Investment Manager at Ventureast. In 2005, Parija cofounded Zephyr Peacock India, a VC fund focused on emerging Indian enterprises. Kartik served on the Investment Committee and backed some amazing teams. In 2009, they joined the Board of Directors at Metro Wireless Engineering (Metrotelworks) and in 2007, they joined the Board of Directors at Time Technoplast Ltd. Since 2015, Parija has been the Cofounder of Adori Labs, Inc., a business-in-a-box platform for modern audio publishing.
Kartik Parija received their Masters in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland in 2003. Kartik obtained their Bachelors in Computer Science and Mathematics from Drake University in 1996. Prior to that, they attended The School KFI from 1991 to 1993. Kartik Parija began their educational journey at St. Josephs High School from 1983 to 1991.
