Luis Alberto Mamani

Luis Alberto Mamani is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in airport and road infrastructure. Currently serving as Jefe de Planificacion y Calidad en el diseño and Consultor Externo for Aeropuertos del Perú, as well as Gerente General at INGENIERÍA VIALIDAD Y ESTUDIOS SAC, Luis Alberto has developed and managed various highway management plans and improvement projects. Previous roles include positions at Corporación Mayo SAC, Hatch, and Aeropuertos Andinos del Perú, focusing on civil engineering, pavement specialization, and project management. Luis Alberto holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Airport Infrastructure Projects from Universidad Isabel I and a Master's in Road Engineering from Universidad Ricardo Palma.
