Andrew Shaffer

Andrew Shaffer possesses extensive experience in software engineering and business management. As a Director of Software Engineering at ADP since April 2013, Andrew has held various roles, including Principal Software Architect and Lead Application Developer. In parallel, Andrew founded Code Perfekt in January 2018 and operates Divas Hair Design, an upscale hair salon in Leominster, Massachusetts, since November 2010. Prior experience includes roles at Workscape, an ADP Company, where Andrew was involved in process improvement and Oracle SQL database management from June 2010 to April 2013. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from both Worcester State University and Western New England University, and a diploma from Nashoba Regional High School.
