Dilip Raghu

Dilip Raghu serves as the Head of Information Technology at ADP since 2010, driving global digital transformation through the implementation of Cloud Computing, data analytics, and automation to enhance business metrics and streamline the development of products and services. Additionally, Dilip has successfully delivered public and private Cloud Services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, establishing an efficient, always-on infrastructure for the organization. Prior to this role, Dilip worked as the Director of Systems and Database Architecture at ICAP from 2004 to 2010, leading the Fixed-Income/Foreign Exchange Systems and Database Engineering teams. Educationally, Dilip holds a degree from the Wharton CTO Program and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
