Donald A Hess

Donald A Hess is a seasoned professional in the human capital management and employee services sectors, currently serving as the Global Human Capital Management Sales Manager at ADP since April 2012, where responsibilities include delivering HCM solutions across over 140 countries. Previously, Donald held various leadership roles including Vice President of Sales at FinFit, President & COO of The Employee Management Team and ContinuumHR, and Founder & President of EVOLVEHR I, INC, where a PEO start-up was successfully launched. Donald's experience also encompasses significant contributions as Vice President at Fortune Business Solutions and USI Insurance Services, notably leading initiatives that resulted in substantial growth and organizational improvements. Donald holds a BS in Commerce with a focus on Accounting from Rider University and a College Prep degree in Accounting from St Pius X High School.
