Jason Prussman

Jason Prussman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at ADP since August 2017, Jason provides business and product counsel for multiple business units within ADP’s National Accounts Talent sector. Previous roles include Senior Corporate Counsel at Level 3 Communications, where Jason managed litigation matters and provided legal counsel to Human Resources across different regions, and Labor & Employment Associate at Husch Blackwell LLP, where Jason defended employers in employment disputes. Jason's early career includes positions as a Research Analyst at the University of Denver and an Associate at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP, as well as serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Colorado Supreme Court. Jason holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado and a B.A. in History from Colorado State University.
