Jay Mills

Jay Mills is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in Human Capital Management at ADP since November 2012, currently serving as Vice President of Sales. Previously, Jay held various roles within ADP, including Major Accounts District Manager, where expertise in partnering with midsize businesses to overcome challenges was developed, and Sales Executive - MAS, focused on coaching and motivating sales teams. Prior to joining ADP, Jay was the General Manager at Starters Restaurants, successfully driving revenue growth through effective team management and service quality. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from DeSales University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
