Julie Shipley

Julie Shipley serves as Managing Director, Talent Practice Leaders at ADP since July 2018, focusing on supporting Global Enterprise Sales for Talent Strategy and Solutions, with a particular emphasis on promoting StandOut from The Marcus Buckingham Company. Concurrently, Julie holds the position of Senior Talent Strategist at The Marcus Buckingham Company, an ADP entity. Previously, Julie was the Organization Effectiveness Leader at Verizon, where responsibilities included strategy deployment and change management for technology transformation initiatives. Julie's extensive background also includes leadership roles in organization development at Integral Ad Science and Schindler Elevator Corporation, as well as significant contributions to educational programs at IMA and Blender Multimedia, LLC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clemson University and a Master of Education and Master of Arts in Developmental Kinesiology, Performance Management, and Cognitive Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
