Niamh Claffey

Niamh Claffey is a seasoned design professional, currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at ADP since 2024. Prior to this role, Niamh was a Product Design Manager at PhotoShelter from May 2017 to October 2024, where responsibilities included growing the design team, mentoring junior talents, and leading multiple scrum teams. Notable achievements at PhotoShelter include a 25% increase in daily active users following a redesign of the mobile app and the development of AI-based photo and video tagging solutions. Earlier experience includes roles as a Product Designer at Realizeit, where Niamh led cross-functional teams to enhance product retention, and as a Designer at Anti/Anti and Badlands Television Production. Niamh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Visual Communications from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology and is currently completing a certification in Design for AI from The Interaction Design Foundation.
