Raymond Ferrell

Raymond Ferrell serves as Senior Counsel at ADP since January 2023, focusing on complex agreement revision and negotiation, as well as providing counsel on best practices. Prior to this role, Raymond held the position of CEO and General Counsel at June Six Ventures and Consulting from August 2019 to April 2023, where expertise was applied to support high-tech startups in legal and strategic areas, including entity formation and compliance. Raymond's earlier experience includes Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Thryv from January 2009 to June 2019, where leadership in corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions was demonstrated, along with management of a legal team. Previous roles also include Vice President Senior Counsel at American Express, focusing on internet law and major M&A transactions, and an associate position at Fulbright & Jaworski specializing in corporate securities. Raymond holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in Business from Yale University.
