Shelley Coons

Shelley Coons is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales operations and talent development. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Sales - Sales Operations at ADP since June 2017, Shelley is responsible for overseeing the talent development strategy for a Digital Sales Organization comprising over 2,500 associates across nine business units. Prior to this, Shelley held leadership positions at Sutherland Global Services, where a successful 18-year tenure included directing operations and sales for ADP, with a focus on achieving revenue and performance objectives. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Career Services at Northwestern Mutual, where responsibilities involved recruiting and developing agents. Shelley holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Nazareth University.
