Virginia Magliulo

Virginia Magliulo serves as the President of Employer Services International at ADP, leading multi-national businesses and overseeing international regions that provide payroll and global human capital management services in over 140 countries. With extensive experience in leadership roles at ADP since February 2015, Virginia has previously held positions such as President of Global View HCM and General Manager for Southern Europe, as well as Director of Strategic Outsourcing at IBM. Virginia's career in technology and service management began at Air Products, following a solid academic foundation with a degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
