Airis Rosales

Airis Rosales, MSHR, currently serves as an Assistant Recruiter at CPS, Inc. and ad+one, specializing in recruitment for the employee benefits, supply chain, and advertising industries. Previous experience includes roles as an Account Scheduler and Hiring Manager at Perspective Behavioral and Pain Solutions, Inc., where staffing was coordinated for COVID-19 testing, and as a Facility Operations Assistant Manager at Life Time Inc., focusing on maintaining a safe environment for health club members. Airis held multiple positions at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, contributing to the re-opening of Campus Recreation facilities during the pandemic and managing student employees. Leadership experience includes serving as Region President and Chapter President for Silver Wings, where organizational and communication skills were developed.
