Kai Ling Ting

Kai Ling Ting has extensive experience in innovation and strategy roles. Kai Ling is currently the Head of Innovation and R&D at ADQ, where they oversee innovation and research and development initiatives, manages a community of innovation leaders, and facilitates partnerships with external stakeholders. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Innovation at Etihad Aviation Group, where they developed and implemented the company's innovation strategy, managed an innovation seed fund, and led the delivery of accelerated innovation initiatives. Kai Ling also held positions at Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Adivo Consulting, Department of Culture and Tourism, AvenueOne, and DDB Mudra Group, gaining experience in project management, business development, and marketing communications. Throughout their career, Kai Ling Ting has focused on driving innovation, fostering partnerships, and promoting organizational growth and development.

Kai Ling Ting obtained a Bachelor of Communication Studies degree in Public/Promotional Communications from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Kai Ling also holds certifications such as Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., Microsoft AI Business School by INSEAD, Airline Business Models and Competitive Strategies from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, and Certificate in Business Mandarin (Comprehensive Level 5 Proficiency) from Hanban Confucius Institute.
