Fabio Soleri

Fabio Soleri currently serves as a Board Member at ADR ASSISTANCE SRL and has held the position of Head of Regulatory Affairs at Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. since March 2008. In this role, Fabio Soleri has successfully managed negotiations with Italian regulators concerning the Economic Regulation Agreement, focusing on tariff mechanisms and financial modeling to support the company’s investment plans. Additionally, Fabio Soleri has engaged in stakeholder consultations compliant with EU directives while participating as a member of the ACI Europe's Economics Committee since June 2019. Previous experience includes serving as a Board Member at eXtrapola, where responsibilities included brand development and M&A advising, as well as holding director and analyst positions in equity research and credit analysis at Merrill Lynch, Euromobiliare, and Bear Stearns. Fabio Soleri holds a Master of Arts in International Finance from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a degree in Political Science with a focus on International Political Economy from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
