Mike Roberts

Mike Roberts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management. Currently serving as Health, Safety & Environmental Manager at Adra since November 2017, Mike is responsible for overseeing the HSQE framework, ensuring compliance with ISO and OSHAS standards, and supporting a large in-house repair and maintenance team. Previously, Mike held the position of Railway Operations Supervisor at Snowdon Mountain Railway, where responsibilities included managing health, safety, training, and environmental systems. Mike's career also includes roles as Health Safety & Training Officer in the Royal Air Force and Aircraft Propulsion Mechanic. Mike holds multiple certifications in health and safety, including NEBOSH qualifications and ISO 18001 Lead Auditor Training.
