Ana Iriondo Iturrioz

Ana Iriondo Iturrioz has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Directora de Operaciones at Adrián Hoteles since November 1998, and previously held the position of Secretaria de Dirección. Prior experience includes roles as Recepcionista and 2º Jefe de Recepción at Hotel Jardin Tropical from 1989 to 1997. Ana has pursued advanced education in revenue management and tourism management, obtaining a Master Certificate in Revenue Management from Cornell University in 2014, a Máster Executive en Dirección de Empresas de Turismo y Ocio from Universidad Iriarte in 2011, and completing the GMP 2010 General Managers Program at Cornell University.
