James Green

James Green has extensive experience in quality control and continuous improvement roles. James began their career at Masco Corporation in 1999, where they served as a Quality/Continuous Improvement Manager for over 13 years. In 2012, they joined Venchurs, Inc. as a Continuous Improvement Manager and was later promoted to Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement. After seven years with Venchurs, they moved on to Adrian Steel in 2019 and currently holds the position of Project Manager. Additionally, they are also serving as the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Adrian Steel, a role they began in August 2022.

James Green attended the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 2003 to 2005. During their time there, they focused on Operations Management and Supervision, but did not complete a specific degree program.
