Christian Santiago is a Senior Software Engineer at HCL America, Inc. since August 2020, with prior experience as a Software Developer at Hudson Valley Advisory, Inc. and as a Help Desk Operator at Marist College. While at Marist College, Christian trained new operators and created training manuals. At Hudson Valley Advisory, Christian contributed to the development of a web application for GTel, supporting field technicians with client router modifications. An internship at Grifols provided foundational skills in hardware imaging and IP configuration. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Software Development from Marist College, earned in 2019.
