Ravi Gupta possesses extensive experience in valuation and business development within the real estate and power sectors. Currently serving as Manager (Technical - L&B) at Adroit Group since December 2018, Ravi has conducted valuations for a 3600 MW coal-based power plant aimed at mergers and acquisitions. Previous roles include Senior Technical Analyst focusing on real estate corporate valuation and Valuation Analyst responsible for performing comprehensive valuation analyses and designing valuation models. Prior to Adroit Group, Ravi worked at Square Yards as a Business Development Executive, where responsibilities included client acquisition and offering tailored portfolio solutions. Ravi's career began with a Sales and Marketing Internship at Mana Projects Pvt Ltd, emphasizing customer interaction and insight studies. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Real Estate from RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering.
