Dinesh Kummar

Dinesh Kummar has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. In 1988, they began their career as an Engineer at Hindustan Dorr Oliver Limited, where they were responsible for executing and monitoring projects to ensure timely commissioning. In 1993, they joined ACC Limited (formerly The Associated Cement Companies Ltd.) as a Senior Manager. Dinesh then moved to Indsec Share and Stockbroking Ltd. as a Research Analyst in 1994. In 1997, they joined Essar Steel Ltd. as a Joint General Manager, where they were responsible for project feasibility analysis, management information reports and business evaluation for strategic alliances and joint ventures. In 2000, they became the Managing Director of MModal Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (formerly CBay Systems (India) Pvt.Ltd.), where they set up and successfully scaled the business model, taking the start-up to an exit valuation of over a billion dollars. In 2014, they joined iMedX as the COO/Managing Director, leading the team that strategized and oversaw the operations of the integrated medical document management and health information solutions company. In 2018, they became the President of Expenzing- Sourcing, Procurement and Accounts Payable Transformed. Finally, in 2017, they were appointed as the Chairman & CEO of Adroitsquare, where they partner with community newspapers, custom print products, and promotional product companies, media companies providing creative digital and graphic design solutions.

Dinesh Kummar's education history includes graduating from the K J Somaiya Institute of Management with a MMS (Finance) in 1993, graduating from the Siddaganga Institute of Technology (Bangalore University) with a B.E. (Mechanical) in 1987, and attending the Atomic Energy Central School until 1981.
