Jay W. has extensive experience in the business and technology sectors. Jay began their career in 1997 as a Strategy Consultant for Monitor Group. In 1998, they became the Managing Partner of The Winship Group (HK) Limited. In 2005, they joined Wells Fargo Bank as a Projects/Partnerships/Strategy Manager for the CCG & BBG. In 2008, they became VP of Business Development for OnNet USA and Principal for Winship Consulting. In 2010, they joined Siemens as Managing Director/Business Unit Head for Fire Safety & Security. In 2014, they became Chief Operating Officer for AdShare, Inc. In 2016, they joined GoDigital Media Group as Chief Executive Officer for APAC & Oceania and Board Director. In 2018, they became COO & Head of APAC & Australia for Cinq Music Group.

Jay W. began their educational journey at Alvah A Scott Elementary in Aiea, Hawaii. Jay then attended Seoul International School before moving on to the University of St Andrews, where they earned a Joint Honours in International Relations and Modern History. Following this, Jay W. participated in an Exchange Programme at Yonsei University, where they studied International Relations and Affairs. Finally, they completed a Joint Honours in Management & International Relations at the University of London.
