Jennifer Weir Edwards

Jennifer Weir Edwards has extensive work experience, beginning in 1997 as an HR Administrator at Lehman Brothers. Jennifer then moved on to WorldNow as the Director of Human Resources from 2000 to 2003. In 2006, Jennifer joined ADS, Inc., initially serving as the VP of Human Resources, where they played a crucial role in developing HR functions and establishing positive company culture. From 2018 until 2021, they worked as the Market Manager for Expeditionary & Energy, focusing on strategic development and building exceptional relationships with suppliers. Currently, Jennifer is the Director of US Army Sales at ADS, Inc., responsible for overall sales growth and strategic development for the Army Sales Team.

Jennifer Weir Edwards received their Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Philosophy from the University of Florida, where they attended from 1989 to 1994. Jennifer also holds additional certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM, obtained in 2015, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in 2008.
