Shreyas Venugopalan

Shreyas Venugopalan has a diverse work experience in the technology and research fields. Shreyas co-founded AdSkate Inc in 2019 and served as the CTO. Prior to that, they worked at Bossa Nova Robotics as a Senior Software Engineer in Research and Development from 2018 to 2019. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Principal Algorithms Researcher at HawXeye. In 2012, they worked as a Research Intern at BiometriCore Inc. Before that, in 2009, they were a Research Intern at CMU Cylab Biometrics Center.

Shreyas Venugopalan completed their education in a chronological order. Shreyas began their academic journey at the University of Kerala, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from 2003 to 2007.

Following their undergraduate studies, Shreyas joined Carnegie Mellon University, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from 2007 to 2008.

Continuing their educational pursuits at Carnegie Mellon University, Shreyas went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from 2009 to 2015.
