Rajiv Kumaar

Rajiv Kumaar is a seasoned technology and product leader with extensive experience in the AdTech and SaaS domains. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Adster Tech and Improveyields since 2023, Rajiv is focused on enhancing ad revenue for publishers through innovative AI-based solutions. Previously, Rajiv held key roles at Melorra, where responsibilities included overseeing a 50+ engineer team and driving significant platform improvements, and at Truecaller, where the introduction of a Dual-Mode Ad-Server led to a substantial increase in revenue. Additional experience includes leadership positions at dailyhunt, SoftwarePOP, WatStory, and Vizury, where contributions involved product development, strategic planning, and cross-device user identification systems. Rajiv holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Andhra University.
