Michelle Hanratty has a long history of experience in the Human Resources field. Michelle began their career in 2004 as an Assistant Business & Human Resource Manager at LIN Television. In 2007, they moved to L-3 as a Human Resource Manager & Ethics Officer. In 2015, they became a Human Resource Generalist III at L-3 ASD RASM-E, where they were responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including union interaction, employee morale, company travel and finance. In 2016, they moved to Rally Point Management, LLC as a Human Resource Generalist. In 2017, they accepted a role as a Corporate Human Resource Manager at INDYNE CORPORATION. Most recently, in 2019, they became a Corporate Human Resources Manager at Adsync Technologies.
Michelle Hanratty received their Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Webber International University between 1985 and 1987. Michelle also received their Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Elizabeth Seton High School between 1979 and 1983.
