Aimee Garza

Aimee Garza has extensive experience in program and project management, with a focus on driving strategic business goals and promoting operational efficiency. Aimee currently serves as the Director of Data Analytics & AI Portfolio Management at Adtalem Global Education, where they are responsible for developing and leading the product development portfolio and agile office. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Program Project Management at USAA Federal Savings Bank, where they supported the Bank Chief Technology and Data portfolio and managed a team of program/project managers. Aimee also worked at USAA in various roles, including Director of Program Project Management in the Chief Administrative Office, Director of Enterprise Sales in the Chief Operating Office, and Chief of Staff in the Property & Casualty division. In these positions, they led transformation initiatives, developed sales plans, facilitated the creation of automated sales funnels, and worked with leadership to operationalize strategic business objectives.

Aimee Garza holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. Aimee pursued their Masters of Public Administration at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi from 1991 to 1993.
