Raymond J. has extensive experience in leadership roles within nonprofit organizations focused on residential care and support for individuals facing life-controlling issues and developmental disabilities. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Adult & Teen Challenge of Oklahoma since April 2013, Raymond oversees the financial management of six residential facilities across the state. Previous positions include Director of Operations at Tennessee Family Solutions, where responsibilities included budgeting and staff oversight for homes housing senior developmentally disabled residents, and Executive Director at Teen Challenge of NV, a therapeutic school for teenagers. Additional experience includes roles as Clinical Director at Adult and Teen Challenge of Florida and Director of Program Management at Adult and Teen Challenge, Inc. Raymond holds an MBA from Mid-America University and certifications in counseling, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology from Evangel University.
