Sarah Hickey

Sarah Hickey (nee Mendham), MBA, has built a robust career in sales and account management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales for BT Group & Openreach at Adtran since July 2017, Sarah has held various senior roles at ADVA Optical Networking since April 2000, including Senior Director Sales for BT and BT Account Director. Earlier experience includes a position in customer services at BT from April 1999 to April 2000. Sarah holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Leeds, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and a Higher National Certificate in Business Administration and Management from York College of Further and Higher Education, completed in 2005.
