Ida Nassar

Ida Nassar currently serves as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Ethics and Compliance at AdvaMed since December 2022. Prior to this role, Nassar worked as a Senior Attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel at the Drug Enforcement Administration from December 2021 to December 2022. Nassar also held the position of Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice from February 2019 to December 2021 and again from August 2015 to December 2016. Earlier in the career, Nassar was an Attorney at Hollingsworth LLP, representing Fortune 500 companies in complex product liability litigation from August 2007 to July 2015. Nassar began the legal career as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Clifford L. Meacham in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chancery Division in the summer of 2003. Ida Nassar earned a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Economics from Benedictine University.
