Dhani Yuliarso, PMP

Dhani Yuliarso, PMP has a strong background in project management, with experience spanning over 15 years. Dhani is currently serving as the Head of International Project Management at ADVANCE.AI, overseeing all international project management operations across countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, India, and Mexico. In this role, Dhani evaluates and develops projects in accordance with the company's regional standards and policies, while ensuring that all projects are well-controlled and fully monitored.

Prior to their current position, Dhani worked as a Senior Project Manager at Ice House from 2018 to 2020. In this role, they acted as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master, responsible for delivering and managing project execution in an agile fashion. Dhani quantified budget expenditure as cost per story point and monitored project progress iteratively by evaluating sprint deliverables. Dhani also quantified team performance as sprint velocity.

Before joining Ice House, Dhani served as a Project Manager at PT. JALIN PEMBAYARAN NUSANTARA from 2017 to 2018. In this role, they led and managed project execution for four major clients of HIMBARA Banks, including Bank Mandiri, BRI, BNI, and BTN. Dhani drove and maintained client expectations while providing transparency to stakeholders.

Additionally, Dhani has worked as an IT Consultant at PT. Jakarta Strategic Consulting from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they led various IT projects internally and externally, coordinating with stakeholders and providing solutions to ensure successful project execution.

Dhani also held the position of Assistant Vice President, Project Manager - IT Application Development Group at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. for a short period in 2015.

Prior to that, Dhani served as a PMO Manager at PT. Multi Adiprakarsa Manunggal (Kartuku) from 2012 to 2015, where they managed the overall project delivery lifecycle and played a crucial role in presales efforts and solution development.

In the earlier stages of their career, Dhani worked as a System Analyst and IT Project Manager at PT. Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis from 2006 to 2012, where they initiated and executed IT projects, defined user requirements, and coordinated with project stakeholders. Dhani also served as a System Engineer, responsible for developing the required system based on user requirements and making technological decisions.

Overall, Dhani Yuliarso has demonstrated expertise in project management, stakeholder management, agile methodologies, and IT consulting throughout their career.

Dhani Yuliarso, PMP, holds a Master of Information Technology degree in Computer Science, which they earned from the University of Indonesia from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the same university, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dhani Yuliarso has also acquired several certifications. Dhani became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance in July 2013. Dhani also holds the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in January 2016.

Furthermore, Dhani Yuliarso recently obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) certification from SuccessHACKER in September 2022.
